These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EYE DREAM Photography website and, where applicable, your interaction with our photography services, products, school partnership inquiries, and other offerings.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. Additional agreements, order terms, school contracts, releases, or policies may apply to particular EYE DREAM Photography services.

1. ABOUT EYE DREAM PHOTOGRAPHY

EYE DREAM Photography creates career-inspired youth photography experiences designed to encourage imagination, career exploration, confidence, and possibility.

EYE represents Excellence in Youth Education.

Our photography experiences may be offered in partnership with schools, districts, educational organizations, families, community partners, and other approved organizations.

2. WEBSITE USE

The EYE DREAM Photography website is provided for informational, educational, promotional, partnership, and commercial purposes.

Visitors agree to use the website lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, security, content, or use by others.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, misuse website forms, introduce malicious technology, impersonate another person or organization, or use EYE DREAM content in an unauthorized manner.

3. SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCES

EYE DREAM Photography experiences may be coordinated directly with participating schools, districts, or other organizations.

Specific details—including photography dates, schedules, student participation procedures, available careers, attire, pricing, products, staffing, location requirements, and other logistics—may vary by engagement.

The terms applicable to a particular school or district engagement may be established through a separate written agreement.

If a school or district agreement conflicts with these general website Terms regarding that engagement, the applicable written agreement will govern to the extent stated in that agreement.

4. STUDENT PARTICIPATION

Student participation may be subject to procedures established by EYE DREAM Photography and the participating school or organization.

Where parental or guardian permission is required, participation is subject to obtaining the appropriate authorization.

Students are expected to follow reasonable instructions intended to support safety, organization, respectful conduct, and the efficient operation of the photography experience.

EYE DREAM reserves the right to modify or discontinue an activity when necessary to protect a student's safety or well-being or to maintain an appropriate school environment.

5. CAREER SELECTIONS

Career selections are intended to encourage exploration and imagination.

Availability may vary based on career attire, student size, equipment, school participation, scheduling, safety considerations, and other operational factors.

EYE DREAM cannot guarantee that every requested career option, garment, accessory, or prop will be available for every participant.

Career portraits are intended for educational, inspirational, and creative purposes.

A student's selected career does not represent a prediction, promise, or requirement concerning the student's future.

Children are free to explore, change their interests, discover new gifts, and imagine new possibilities as they grow.

6. CAREER ATTIRE & PROPS

Career-inspired garments, accessories, and props provided by EYE DREAM Photography remain the property of EYE DREAM or the applicable provider unless otherwise stated.

Participants are expected to handle attire and equipment appropriately.

Certain props may be representational rather than professional equipment and are provided solely for photography purposes.

For student safety, EYE DREAM may restrict or substitute any item that is inappropriate for a child's age, school environment, or photography experience.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & CREATIVE DISCRETION

EYE DREAM photographers retain reasonable professional and creative discretion regarding posing, composition, lighting, backgrounds, cropping, editing, and image selection.

Because photography involves individual expression and creative judgment, exact poses, expressions, lighting, backgrounds, or results shown in sample images cannot be guaranteed.

Website portfolio images and promotional examples are intended to demonstrate the general style and vision of EYE DREAM Photography.

8. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & REPRESENTATIVE WEBSITE IMAGERY

EYE DREAM may use illustrative, conceptual, digitally created, or artificial-intelligence-assisted imagery on portions of its website or marketing materials to communicate career concepts, design ideas, or the intended spirit of an experience.

Such imagery may be representative rather than photographs of actual EYE DREAM participants.

Where appropriate, EYE DREAM will seek to distinguish representative marketing imagery from documented student experiences and will not knowingly present a fictional testimonial, student outcome, school partnership, or impact statistic as factual.

9. STUDENT PHOTOGRAPHS & IMAGE PERMISSIONS

Participation in an EYE DREAM photography experience does not, by itself, grant EYE DREAM unrestricted permission to publicly advertise or promote using an identifiable child's photograph.

Public-facing uses of identifiable student images—including website, social media, advertising, promotional materials, or similar communications—will be governed by applicable permissions, releases, agreements, and legal requirements.

Photography releases and permissions may be addressed through documents separate from these Terms.
